They will probably do what they do every year and that is when it is all said and done everyone from every team will at least make honorable mention. The days of it being honorable to make All-LPD have been gone a long time.

Its not just the All-LPD team thats like that. All of them around have become too politically correct, and really taken the luster off of being honored with such a selection.

Heck, a buddy of mine made second team all district his senior year at TE, when he was really a DB, that we brought in maybe once a game to play TE on a passing play.

# 7 for Pound is Aaron Balthis. He is a Freshman but has had a real standout year down in the lb. I don't know his stats but I'd say they are comparable to many of the "top" players in the LPD.

I've seen some of the "top" receivers around the area play, and the Balthis kid will stack up to any of them. Your team does not have to win for you to be an impact player, and he is an impact player. But he will probably get screwed out of all district because he is just a freshman, and he will have other years to make the team while some senior who is only half as good makes it because it is his last chance.
